ECLARO is seeking a highly skilled Actuarial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in actuarial science, statistics, or a related field, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
The Actuarial Analyst will be responsible for modeling and processing enhancements, parameter studies, price monitoring, benchmark reporting, collateral analysis for captive accounts, and ad-hoc requests. They will also be expected to perform independently and meet deadlines with some guidance from a supervisor.

Qualifications
Mandatory Skills include: Curiosity, motivation, and ability to self-teach, hard-working, detail-oriented person who takes pride in owning their work and is committed to quality of thought and accuracy, knowledge of computer programming languages such as SQL, Python, and VBA, understanding of insurance and actuarial concepts and methodologies, strong analytical, database, and Excel skills, strong prioritization and time management skills, and strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.

Additional Information
This role requires a Bachelor's degree with a concentration in a quantitative discipline such as actuarial science, statistics, computer science, mathematics, economics, or operations research, 2 to 5 years of casualty actuarial work experience, and 2 to 4 casualty actuarial exams.
