Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert legal advice and guidance to support business objectives

Requirements
  • Juris Doctor degree or equivalent legal qualification
  • Admitted to the bar (or local equivalent) and in good standing
  • 6-8 years' experience in relevant attorney work, including:
  • Functional understanding of legal issues related to bringing software products to market
  • Technology transactional experience, including drafting and negotiating agreements
  • Working knowledge of data and security privacy issues, IP law, open source licensing, and product development considerations
Preferred Qualifications
  • In-house experience
  • Interest in technology, particularly new technologies such as artificial intelligence
  • Experience training other lawyers
  • Product liability knowledge
