Job Title: AI Video Creator

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our AI video creation efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing AI solutions, automating workflows, and managing complex projects.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging TikTok-style videos using avatars and AI-generated UGC (user-generated content) to replicate trending formats.
  • Analyze data and optimize AI workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and manage AI agents for business automation, streamlining processes and reducing manual labor.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in AI, automation, and workflow optimization.

Requirements:
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Show self-motivation and a test-and-learn mindset, with a desire to continuously improve and learn.
  • Have technical expertise in AI tools like OpenAI, MidJourney, Zapier, and Airtable.
  • Demonstrate experience with front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Be familiar with avatar-generation tools (e.g., Synthesia, D-ID, HeyGen).
  • Have a background in engineering or a related field.
