Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Converting transcribed diagnostic test results, procedures, and consultation notes into applicable report formats
  • Typing out full forms of medical abbreviations and acronyms, as well as formal versions of medical jargon
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience
  • Meeting or exceeding individual and team targets
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Must be a graduate of any medical course
  • Must have 1 year of Medical Scribing Experience
  • With experience in ECW
  • Averaging 50-60 WPM
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Amenable working night shift
