Creative Designer

Our organization is seeking an accomplished Creative Designer to spearhead the development of high-impact visual content. This role entails collaborating with various teams to design engaging presentations, pitch decks, and case studies that effectively communicate our value proposition and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Visual Storytelling: Collaborate with Business Development, Strategy, and Creative teams to create captivating visual content.
  • Creative Concepting: Develop innovative business pitches and creative assets by turning strategic insights and campaign ideas into compelling visuals.
  • Brand Alignment: Ensure all design output adheres to our brand identity and visual standards across presentations and sales materials.
  • Template Customization: Adapt master templates and create client-specific versions tailored to industry verticals, audiences, and campaign needs.
  • Data Visualization: Transform complex data, research findings, and campaign results into clear, visually engaging infographics, charts, and diagrams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • 3-5+ years of experience in presentation design, graphic design, or visual communication.
  • Exceptional proficiency in Google Slides, including adapting existing templates and building custom slides aligned with client or industry aesthetics.
  • A strong design portfolio emphasizing presentation design is required.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is highly preferred.
