Highly Experienced Elixir Developer Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Backend Engineer to fill this key position. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience with Elixir, Phoenix, and Postgres databases.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of major projects and cross-functional initiatives. They will participate in product development, provide valuable feedback, and suggest process improvements. They will also maintain an understanding of product and engineering domains, conduct code reviews, and contribute to a shared codebase.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of complex projects and cross-team collaborations
- Participate in product development, provide feedback, and propose enhancements
- Maintain knowledge of product and engineering domains
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to a collaborative codebase
- Debug issues, solve problems, and recommend platform enhancements
- Mentor engineers and participate in hiring discussions, RFCs, and support rotations
- Design scalable, maintainable APIs
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Backend Engineer with Elixir
- Proficiency with Postgres or similar databases
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Github, Jenkins, etc.)
Preferred Skills
- Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Next.js, React/Vue/Angular
