Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Operations - Business Strategist to join our team at Manpower Genius. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our ecommerce operations team and developing strategic plans to expand our ecommerce presence and market share.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to expand our ecommerce presence and market share
  • Oversee all aspects of ecommerce operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, customer service, and digital marketing
  • Analyse market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and inform strategic decision-making
  • Manage and motivate a high-performing team of ecommerce specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback

What You'll Need:
  • Extensive experience (8+ years) in ecommerce operations, business strategy, and people management
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and expanding ecommerce businesses, preferably within the retail or consumer goods sector
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
