Job Opportunity: Paid Search Specialist

As a Paid Search Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through effective search engine marketing strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to set up, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and manage paid search activities for multiple campaigns associated with Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other search platforms.
  • Maintain and monitor keyword bids, manage daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, and other metrics.
  • Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates.
  • Manage display network placement lists on AdWords and other contextual advertising platforms.
  • Develop and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other elements of paid search to deliver against brief.
  • Oversee and manage new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts, as well as support the creation of paid search marketing initiatives.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments.
  • Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools.
  • Evaluate search results and search performance across major search channels.
  • Communicate project development, timelines, and results to the team and management.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree holder.
  • 3+ years of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Search (PPC).
  • Experience in B2B, International, and/or multi-region companies is a plus.
  • Solid experience with website analysis using various analytics tools, including Google Analytics and internal reporting tools.
  • Proven experience working with popular PPC ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).
  • Proficiency in managing moderate to large-scale PPC accounts across different business verticals.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and draw insights from data sets.
  • Good knowledge of Excel, comfortable analyzing data sets, formulas, and pivot tables.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexible and agile working attitude with good problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience developing testing structures and compiling reporting deliverables based on performance.
