Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Three Peaks International Pty Ltd. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing Google Ads campaigns and a proven track record of success in achieving client goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive Google Ads campaigns to drive client success.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and selection to target the most relevant and cost-effective keywords.
  • Craft compelling ad copy and design impactful ad creatives in partnership with our Graphic/Web Designer.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to continually enhance campaign performance.
  • Manage and optimize bidding strategies to maximize ROI and achieve campaign goals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure cutting-edge campaigns.
  • Provide detailed performance reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with our Digital Marketing Strategist to ensure PPC campaigns align with overall marketing strategies and client objectives.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns stay within financial parameters.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to campaign performance or platform functionality.

Requirements:

  • Must have 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, including Search, Display, Video, Shopping, and App campaigns.
  • Proven success in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns to achieve client goals.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools for performance tracking and analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to coordinate effectively with other team members.
  • Google Ads Certification preferred.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred but not required.
