Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT Security Governance Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and guiding resources in executing day-to-day activities related to IT security governance.

As an IT Security Governance Lead, you will allocate tasks to team members based on capacity, lead projects with minimal supervision, and demonstrate technical proficiency for assigned assessments. You will also participate in walk-throughs, identify and document risks and controls, and obtain evidence as applicable.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and guide resources in executing day-to-day activities

• Execute scoping and planning activities, perform detailed procedures, and develop final reports
• Anticipate customer needs and proactively develop solutions to meet them

Requirements:
• 2-3 years of accumulative experience as a people manager
• 4-5 years of relevant IT and audit experience
• Strong background in project management
• Experience auditing ITGC controls
• Understanding of IT security and internal control concepts and their practical application
• Health or related insurance experience
• Good understanding and background in Compliance, Risk, and Governance
• Working knowledge of applicable security standards and regulations
• Good coordination and planning skills and the ability to manage projects independently
• Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ideally have a CISSP, CISA, or ISO27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor certification
• Willing to work on US office hours
• Strong interpersonal skills while working effectively with a team
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Desire to make a positive impact with the ability to manage multiple tasks and shift priorities
• Resourceful
