Job Title: Senior Construction Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day construction monitoring of our assigned sites. The ideal candidate will have excellent coordination skills, ensuring that all construction-related concerns are addressed promptly.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with contractors to resolve any construction-related issues.
  2. Direct and coordinate project employees to ensure timely completion of projects.
  3. Assist the project manager in preparing and maintaining project schedules, plan specifications, and other related activities.
  4. Prepare a two-week look-ahead site activity schedule based on the project manager's provided schedule.
  5. Review plans for inconsistencies versus on-site implementation and report to the project manager for evaluation.
  6. Implement action plans to address delays caused by bad weather or emergencies at the construction site.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in this position is necessary.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in written and oral communication, as well as good human relation skills, are essential.
