We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced E-Commerce Specialist to join our team.

Role Description

  • The primary responsibility of this role is to manage daily online store operations for a seamless shopping experience.

  • This includes managing and maintaining product listings in Shopify, which entails descriptions, pricing, images, inventory, tags, and metafields.

  • The specialist will also be responsible for coordinating new product launches and ensuring all relevant details are published accurately and on time.

  • Additionally, the specialist will update content blocks and banners on the Homepage, landing pages, and other required sections.

  • They will support the build and scheduling of email campaigns and work with Marketing teams to stay informed about trading calendar plans and strategies.

  • Weekly and monthly reporting on key business metrics will be a critical aspect of this role, informing decision-making and improving key KPIs.

  • Furthermore, the specialist will support the creation of Digital Marketing activities such as meta audience creation and Google Ads set up.

  • Assistance to the Head of Ecommerce and Digital in tasks as required will also be expected.

  • Ad Hoc duties will be assigned based on business needs.

Technical Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in ecommerce coordination, merchandising, or similar fields is essential.

  • Hands-on experience with Shopify is mandatory.

  • Familiarity with Shopify apps and integrations, including product review tools, metafields, and upsell apps, is necessary.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies is crucial.

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required.

  • A reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a remote setting are must-haves.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively is vital.

  • Flexibility with working hours, ideally overlapping with Australian business hours, is desired.
