Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Process Engineer with expertise in manufacturing process optimization and improvement. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining efficient manufacturing processes and workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate existing processes and implement improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process flows, PFMEA, and BOM.
- Collaborate with the NPI Team to introduce new products and processes.
- Lead and initiate cost reduction projects and Kaizen initiatives.
- Ensure timely transfer and ramp-up of assembly lines and equipment.
- Support Quality Assurance in resolving customer concerns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- At least 3 years' experience in engineering function in manufacturing and assembly environment.
- Good knowledge of Six Sigma.
- Experience in using Quality Tools.
- Effective communication skills and strong leadership abilities.
- Good spoken and written English.
