About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support professional to join our team at Boomering Inc. in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and coordinate collections activities for overdue accounts, ensuring timely resolution of any discrepancies or irregularities in account balances.
  2. Develop and implement effective strategies to initiate collections, including sending collection letters, making calls to customers, and escalating issues to collections as needed.
  3. Analyze and resolve account receivable aging reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions, communications, and correspondence related to accounts receivable.
  5. Prepare and send credit applications to customers, ensuring seamless onboarding processes.
  6. Collaborate with sales and accounting teams to resolve issues related to accounts receivable, addressing customer concerns and providing excellent customer service.
  7. Input orders accurately and efficiently, meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in sales support roles, with a strong track record of driving results and improving processes.
  • Proven expertise in admin deliverables and program reporting, with a keen eye for detail and analytical skills.
  • A high level of initiative and drive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Experience working with telephone sales and technical support, with strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer software and technology, with knowledge of relevant programs and equipment.
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing demands and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment, with excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ambition to become a team leader, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
  • Flexibility to work on a night shift schedule, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results under pressure.
