We are seeking a skilled HR Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of human resource management.

• Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure top talent is hired for key positions;
• Develop and implement effective strategies to improve employee engagement and retention;
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees;
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding employment;
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training programs;

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field;
