We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our engineering team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest quality of our software products.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Requirements Review: Thoroughly review technical design documents, specifications, and requirements to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
  • Test Planning: Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate product functionality.
  • Bug Identification and Tracking: Identify, record, document, and track bugs to ensure timely resolution.
  • Regression Testing: Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved to ensure product stability.
  • Process Development: Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams, including developers and product managers, to identify system requirements.
  • Solution Implementation: Investigate causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: A graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of QA experience, with expertise in writing use cases and test scripts.
  • Testing Expertise: Experience in functional and non-functional testing, regression testing, manual and automation testing.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and scripting, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication skills.
