We're seeking a skilled Senior SEO Specialist to enhance our search engine presence and drive tangible business outcomes.

About the Role

This role involves developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies and tactics aligned with client objectives. As part of a dynamic team, you will collaborate with leading brands across various sectors, including FMCG, education, retail, health & fitness, and tech.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement effective SEO plans that improve organic search rankings, traffic, and commercial results/conversions.
  • Understand and leverage search engine algorithms and ranking factors, as well as emerging AI-discoverability signals.
  • Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, demonstrating exceptional organisational skills.
  • Excel in technical SEO expertise - site structure, page speed, page crawling, foundational SEO, indexing obstacles, asset optimisation.
  • Develop strong keyword research skills - creating thematic clusters and using keyword data to inform SEO strategy.
  • Enhance webpage, copy and content optimisation skills.
  • Gain a solid understanding of website creation and common content management systems such as WordPress & Shopify.
  • Comprehend core web metrics and the role UX plays in SEO success.
  • Master local SEO and Google business profile optimisation.
  • Identify linking opportunities and understand backlinking.
Your Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5+ years' experience in digital marketing or SEO agencies, covering end-to-end expertise across technical SEO, content relevance, authority building, and user experience.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful SEO strategies that increase organic search rank, traffic, and commercial results/conversions.
  • A relevant bachelor's degree.
