Master Equipment Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our team at Metro Gear Construction Corporation.

1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment, including engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues, utilizing technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
3. Collaborate with other technicians and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
4. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company safety standards and protocols.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements, attending training sessions and workshops as necessary.

• Graduate of a vocational course in mechanics or related field.
• At least two years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair.
• Physical fitness to perform tasks that require heavy lifting, bending, and standing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with colleagues and supervisors.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
