Backend Programmer

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying high-quality software applications using Python, with a strong focus on Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles. They will also work closely with our Unix-based systems (Linux/AIX) and Oracle SQL databases teams to ensure seamless integration.

Key Tasks:

• Developing and maintaining software applications using Python.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate with Unix-based systems and Oracle SQL databases.
• Designing and implementing database queries and operations using Oracle SQL.
• Managing source code using Git and contributing to version control.
• Ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices for optimal performance, security, and maintainability.
• Fostering a structured Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process for efficient project execution.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Python with expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Practical knowledge of Unix (Linux/AIX) environments.
• Experience with Oracle SQL for database management.
• Familiarity with Git or similar source code control systems.
• Understanding of software development best practices, including performance optimization and security measures.
• Experience in working within a structured SDLC process.
