We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in the role of Asset Valuer. The ideal candidate will have experience in evaluating property through desk or ocular inspection for loan, restructuring, foreclosure, and sale purposes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough property evaluations using both desk and ocular inspections.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of a four-year Bachelor's Degree course.
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Must be a Licensed Asset Valuer.
  • At least one year of working experience in valuation practice.

Must be willing to travel and be assigned within Tarlac.
