Content Writer Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a content writer. The role requires strong writing skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner.

As a content writer, you will be responsible for creating and updating informative articles for our customers and support team. You will also be trained in technical writing and learn about our processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update existing documentation based on process changes
  • Document escalation procedures learned from the team
  • Help translate complex processes into simple steps
  • Follow documentation standards and formats provided
  • Review and improve existing articles
Requirements:
  • Tier III employee or higher
  • Meet or exceed quality standards
  • No current disciplinary warnings
  • Good attendance record
  • Can work from any location
  • Flexible schedule between 6 AM - 5 PM Central Time
  • Strong writing skills
  • Experience writing different types of documents
  • Comfortable asking questions to gather information
  • Knowledge of documentation software like Confluence or similar
  • Good research skills
  • Can manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Good organization and problem-solving skills
  • Works well with others and communicates clearly
