Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Global Unified Communications Team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality outcomes for our internal users.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Global Unified Communications Team to design, implement, and maintain unified communications infrastructure solutions that meet our business needs.
  2. Design and implement security controls to maintain the confidentiality and integrity of information systems.
  3. Translate business problems into technical designs, working with stakeholders to create system specifications and designs.
  4. SUPPORT, DESIGN AND IMPLEMENT UNIFIED COMMUNICATIONS INFRASTRUCTURE TECHNOLOGIES AND SOLUTIONS, WHICH MAY INCLUDE COMPUTE, STORAGE, NETWORKING, PHYSICAL INFRASTRUCTURE, SOFTWARE, DATABASE, MIDDLEWARE, COMMERCIAL OFF THE SHELF (COTS) AND OPEN SOURCE PACKAGES AND SOLUTIONS, VIRTUAL AND CLOUD INCLUDING IAAS, PAAS AND SAAS.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  2. At least 1 year of experience in Genesys Cloud Administration.
Preferred Competencies/Skills
  1. CUSTOMER SERVICE – CAN DEMONSTRATE SOLID CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND ENJOYS WORKING WITH PEOPLE.
  2. INFORMATION SECURITY - Working - Understands information security and the types of security controls that can be used to mitigate security threats within solutions and services.
  3. SYSTEM DESIGN - Practitioner - Designs systems characterized by medium levels of risk, impact and business or technical complexity. Selects appropriate design standards, methods and tools and ensures they are applied effectively. Reviews the systems designs of others to ensure selection of appropriate technology, efficient use of resources and integration of multiple systems and technology.
  4. IT INFRASTRUCTURE - Practitioner - Designs, implements, administers and supports infrastructure technologies, solutions and services such as: compute, storage, networking, physical infrastructures, software, COTS and open source packages and solutions, virtual and cloud including PaaS, SaaS.
