Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned quality assurance professional to lead our automation efforts. As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a robust automation framework that ensures high product quality.

  • Independently interpret business requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement automation solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a scalable automation framework that meets functional and performance requirements.
  • Automate tests to ensure timely identification and resolution of defects.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and prioritize test cases.
  • Perform comprehensive regression testing to ensure stability and reliability.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience with UI Automation tools like Selenium and API automation frameworks, including Jenkins.
  • Proficiency in Python and/or ROBOT automation framework.
  • Experience working with Python and/or J2EE technology or equivalent object-oriented paradigm.
  • Knowledge of Git workflows, including branching, merging, and conflict resolution.
  • Understanding of Agile testing methodologies.
  • Web application testing experience is necessary for both frontend and backend validations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of developing test plans covering business use cases and test cases.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with Atlassian tools like Jira.
  • Proficiency in Kafka, Elasticsearch, and SQL, NoSQL databases like Aerospike, Thrift, CI, and AWS.
  • Experience working with container-based solutions.

This is a remote position that requires strong technical skills and experience with automation tools.
