We are seeking a Patient Service Representative to join our team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a key member of our healthcare support team, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to patients by educating them on balance billing, payment processing, available payment arrangements, dispute resolution, collecting accurate insurance information, verifying benefits and eligibility, appointment setting, treatments and follow-ups, patient support, and coordination with the doctor's office to secure authorization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing expertise and excellent customer service support to meet the needs of our patients
  • Educating patients on balance billing, payment processing, and other relevant topics
  • Verifying benefits and eligibility, appointment setting, and treatments and follow-ups
  • Collecting accurate insurance information and resolving disputes

To be successful in this role, you will require a completion of at least 2 years of college education. Additionally, if you have a Medical Allied background, a minimum of 1 year of BPO experience is required. If you have a Non-Medical Allied background, at least 2 years of BPO voice experience is needed. You must also be able to work in an onsite setup in BGC, Taguig and flexible with graveyard and rotating shifts.
