Social Media Content Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-performing ad creatives that engage target audiences and drive conversions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, UGC creators, and performance marketers to fuel content campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Translate campaign objectives into clear creative briefs that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of performance-ready creatives across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other paid platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in content management or marketing.
  • Proven experience producing UGC-led video ads in partnership with creators or agencies.
  • Strong understanding of paid platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) and what makes content convert.
  • Strong project management skills; comfortable managing multiple creative streams at once.
  • Data-driven with a keen eye for performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversion).
  • A team player who can collaborate across creative, external partners, and performance teams.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to develop new workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale.
