We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Actuarial Business Analyst. This role involves developing and testing actuarial models in GGY Axis or other software, maintaining and running valuation models for monthly/quarterly reserve calculation and financial reporting.
You will analyze reserve, capital, and risk calculations and provide commentary on results to management. Additionally, you will mentor junior team members and review their valuation work, supporting control walkthroughs and participating on project teams.
This role requires strong knowledge in various actuarial concepts and their application to life insurance - probability, interest theory, life contingencies. The ideal candidate should have demonstrated strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication skills.
