We are seeking an In-House Counsel for Solar Projects to join our team at Solar Candi Philippines. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in a reputable national law firm or similar renewable energy company.
Job Overview:- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to our business development teams on all country matters in the negotiation and delivery of investments.
- Assist with drafting and reviewing project documentation, including power purchase agreements and engineering, procurement and construction contracts.
- Liaise with local governmental and regulatory authorities and bodies.
- Carry out ad-hoc regulatory and ROC related forms and filings as required.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned lawyer to work on high-profile projects in the renewable energy sector. You will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and guidance to our business development teams.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a lawyer in a reputable national law firm or similar renewable energy company.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Substantial experience in Energy and Infrastructure, whether in law firms or in-house, is a plus.
- Knowledge of and experience working in renewable energy is a plus.
