Credentialing Specialist

At Finni Health, we empower autism care providers to start and grow their practices. We're seeking a highly organized Credentialing Specialist to support our team in managing the credentialing process for healthcare providers.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive support for credentialing and re-credentialing, including application management, primary source verification, and database maintenance.
    • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations and accreditation standards.
    • Assist with provider privileging by preparing documentation and facilitating credentialing components of new provider onboarding.
    • Support the generation of credentialing reports, identify and resolve issues, and contribute to process improvement.
    • Adapt responsibilities to meet evolving organizational needs.

  • Requirements:

    • Relevant administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare setting or regulated environment.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
    • Proficient in Google Suite, CRM/support software, and comfortable learning EHR/credentialing tools.
    • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work with internal teams and external stakeholders.
    • Passion for improving healthcare processes and supporting provider success.
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment, embracing change and navigating ambiguity.
