Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Strategy Development & Implementation: Develop and execute ZP's ESG strategy aligning it with business goals and industry's best practices.
- ESG Reporting & Disclosures: Oversee the preparation of ESG reports, ensuring accurate, timely and transparent disclosures in line with global standards (e.g., GRI).
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with key internal and external stakeholders, including clients, customers, suppliers, government and regulatory bodies, management and employees to drive ESG initiatives and improve transparency.
- ESG Performance Monitoring: Track and measure the progress of ESG goals and key performance indicators (KPIs), making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Education & Advocacy: Foster a culture of sustainability and corporate responsibility within the organization by providing training and advocacy on ESG-related topics (ex., Brochures, onboarding deck, infographics, etc.).
- ESG Audits: Ensure ESG audits run smoothly by understanding the scope of audit, training the teams involved, ensuring the relevant documents and data are in place before the audits commence.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated in ESG-related regulations and ensure ZP's activities comply with national and international laws.
