Job Description:
As our Digital Engagement Architect, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive strategies that drive client success. Your key objectives include:
  • Developing and implementing social media and community management strategies aligned with client brand voices and objectives.
  • Creating engaging content for multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Fostering positive interactions and brand loyalty within online communities.
  • Moderating discussions, responding to inquiries, and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
  • Organizing virtual events, AMAs, and other community-building activities.
  • Collaborating with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaigns and community initiatives.
  • Analyzing social media and community metrics to provide actionable insights for engagement and growth.
  • Implementing and optimizing paid social media campaigns for community growth and engagement.
  • Staying up-to-date with platform changes, industry trends, and community management best practices.
  • Developing and maintaining community guidelines and crisis management protocols.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you'll need:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in social media management and community building.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools, community platforms, and analytics dashboards.
  • Creative writing, visual storytelling, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • The ability to handle diverse community interactions and conflict resolution.
  • Data-driven decision making with the ability to interpret social and community metrics.
  • Knowledge of current social media trends and community management best practices.
  • Familiarity with paid social advertising and community growth tactics.
