Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Culinary degree or equivalent experience specializing in baking and pastry arts
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen, with leadership experience preferred
• Extensive knowledge of baking techniques, ingredient sourcing, and food safety standards
• Exceptional creativity in menu development, recipe creation, and product presentation
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage kitchen operations effectively
