- You will have the opportunity to visit luxury stores or evaluate online from the comfort of your home, observing carefully and providing honest feedback through questionnaires.
As a member of our team, you will be part of a global network connecting premium brands with evaluators across 70 countries. With 12 global offices and almost two decades of expertise in retail customer experience, we are committed to redefining the customer experience for luxury giants.
Your Responsibilities:- Choose assignments that align with your interests and profile
- Evaluate luxury experiences, including ambiance, customer service, and overall quality
- Provide detailed feedback through questionnaires, highlighting areas for improvement
