The team works closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions to meet those needs. Your role will involve working with large data sets, analyzing complex information, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

You will be responsible for delivering data management activities, including data analysis, data modeling, and validation rules. Your expertise in data management will enable you to bridge the gap between technical and business teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

In this role, you will also be responsible for collecting and writing detailed business data requirements, creating use cases, and developing/maintaining documentation to clarify the working of functionality for end users.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for data management in a finance and risk context, with experience in data analysis, finance, and risk reporting areas. They will be analytical, able to take decisions based on data and facts, and self-organizing with a strong desire to solve problems.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Possess a university degree (Bachelor's/Master's) in a relevant field
  • Have 5-7 years of experience in data analysis, finance, and risk reporting areas
  • Be familiar with agile methodologies
  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills

Desirable Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with data granular reporting
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and BI tools
  • Affinity with IT, including Oracle DB and SQL
