Helpdesk Operations Assistant

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Helpdesk Operations Assistant to join our team at PRIME@TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST INC.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of customer service principles, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Work closely with field engineers to provide assistance on complex issues
- Administer portal processes and helpdesk ticketing systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least one year of work experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
