**Job Title:** Senior Software Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in software development, strong expertise in C# and .NET, and a proven track record of leading development teams.

The role involves both high-level design and coding responsibilities, as well as mentoring and managing a small team of developers. You will drive the transition of legacy systems to modern cloud-native microservices in Azure, develop custom solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx) with TypeScript and React, and lead development in various versions of the .NET platform including .NET 6 and 8.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a small team of developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and performance feedback.
  • Coordinate task assignments, ensure development standards are met, and promote a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
  • Implement scalable, cloud-native applications in Azure, focusing on microservices and modern service design.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in software development, including leadership or mentoring responsibilities.
  • Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Entity Framework.
  • Deep understanding of .NET Framework 4.5/4.8, .NET 6, and .NET 8.
  • Proven experience in migrating monolithic applications to microservices and designing cloud-native architectures.
