Job Summary

This is a hands-on role where your organizational skills will enable the CEO's effectiveness. As an Executive Assistant, you'll be working at the heart of our business, supporting leadership and helping it scale smoothly.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO's inbox, calendar, meetings, and travel.
  • Track priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Prepare briefing notes, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Oversee general operations, suppliers, and internal processes.
  • Coordinate logistics, events, and internal communications.
  • Maintain office systems and documentation.
  • Support with basic finance tasks and liaising with the finance team.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting a founder or senior leader in a high-growth company.
  • Experience with events management and/or social media management is a plus; openness to mentoring in investor relations.
  • Detail-oriented with strong execution and follow-through.
