Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying tailored Salesforce solutions to meet the needs of our sales & operations. This role involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to enhance workflows, improve automation, and ensure the Salesforce platform aligns with business objectives.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Platform Development: Customise and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.
    • System Integration: Integrate Salesforce with other internal systems and third-party applications using APIs and middleware solutions.
    • Ensure data integrity and synchronisation across platforms.
    • Process Automation: Design and implement process automations using Salesforce and integrating Spinify and Spiff plus other tools to improve efficiency.
    • Maintenance & Support: Perform regular system updates, data audits and security reviews. Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
    • Provide training and technical support to internal users.
    • Best Practices & Documentation: Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards. Maintain detailed documentation of processes, configurations, and customisations.
  • Requirements:
    • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a proven track record of successful Salesforce project delivery.
    • Strong experience in developing and customising Salesforce solutions within the Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
    • Experience with Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Spinify.
    • Experience with Salesforce administration tasks, such as user management, security profiles, and data management.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of tasks and delivering results.
    • Experience with data migration and integration between Salesforce and other systems.
    • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving Salesforce issues.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
