About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an App Review Developer. In this exciting role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring high-quality standards for both published and newly submitted apps.

Your primary responsibility will be to conduct detailed reviews of public apps and escalated app submissions to guarantee compliance with quality and security standards. You will also provide guidance and best practices to app partners to assist them in building high-quality applications that effectively serve merchants.

As an Application Review Developer, you will oversee the app submission process, ensuring a swift review turnaround while working closely with product teams on new app types, API changes, and process improvements. Your attention to detail and exceptional analytical abilities will enable you to identify and address unique challenges and craft solutions.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess strong interpersonal skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • At least 2+ years of experience in a technology or operations role, preferably within app development, quality assurance, or support.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to catch errors and enforce quality standards.
  • Strong time management and prioritization abilities to navigate multiple responsibilities and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
