As an influencer marketing specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team that helps shape the connection between artists and fans through content creators and digital tastemakers.

This role involves supporting the development and execution of influencer strategies that amplify releases, drive fan engagement, and build cultural relevance across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns to support artist releases, events, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers, creators, and fan communities aligned with UMG artists and campaigns.
  • Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns: scouting, project briefing, creator coordination approvals, contract negotiation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams, artist managers, creators, and agency partners to bring campaigns to life in a way that's authentic, trend-driven, and impact-focused.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or digital campaigns, preferably in music, entertainment, or youth culture brands.
  • A strong understanding of influencer ecosystems across various social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
  • Proven experience in managing influencer databases, outreach, content calendars, and post-campaign analytics.
  • Highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment.
  • Deep interest in music, pop culture, and social trends.
