Key E-commerce Operations Role

This key e-commerce operations specialist position requires a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual with hands-on experience in marketplace management, SEO, and AI-powered tools. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and committed to maximizing product visibility across all sales channels.

  • Create and optimize product listings on Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and other platforms using AI tools where applicable.
  • Implement and refine SEO strategies using both traditional and AI-powered methods, including ChatGPT and SurferSEO.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis using AI-based SEO tools.
  • Analyze website data and marketplace trends to enhance product positioning and performance.
  • Perform ongoing SEO audits of our website, including meta content updates using AI.
  • Maintain and grow marketplace operations, including inventory updates, shipping compliance, and promotional planning.
  • Monitor and report on site traffic, keyword performance, and customer feedback.
  • Develop and track marketing campaigns using Google Analytics, GA4, and Looker Studio.
  • Manage digital assets, including visuals and SEO-compliant descriptions.
  • Ensure platform listings are visually appealing and aligned with the latest algorithmic requirements.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing e-commerce operations across Amazon, eBay, and Shopify.
  • Effective SEO strategy and execution, including familiarity with AI tools.
  • Working knowledge of ChatGPT, Jasper, Gemini, SurferSEO, Clearscope, Frase, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and GA4.
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to generate AI-powered product copy.
  • Strong understanding of Google's SEO content policies and AI compliance best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketplace tools.
  • Detail-oriented multitasker with the ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines.
