Expert Application Developer Position

The primary role of this position is to create high-quality, scalable software applications using advanced Object-Oriented Programming techniques.

  • Develop robust and efficient applications utilizing C#.
  • Design, build, and maintain large-scale content websites using the Umbraco CMS system.
  • Lead a team of developers, promoting collaboration and excellence in technical work.
  • Implement code reusability and reliability through the application of best practices and design patterns.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between project requirements and business objectives.
  • Resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
  • Optimize MS SQL Server and MongoDB databases for optimal performance.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and apply expertise to inform technical decisions.
  • Maintain documentation for code, processes, and designs.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, version control procedures (e.g., Git/GitHub), and QA testing protocols.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in C# application development, possess excellent Object-Oriented Programming skills, and be familiar with MS SQL Server. They should also be able to adapt quickly to changing project demands and requirements.

PREFERRED SKILLS INCLUDE EXPERIENCE IN WEB APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT ON MULTIPLE-DEVELOPER TEAMS, KNOWLEDGE OF DESIGN PATTERNS, TFS, GIT/GITHUB, FRONT-END TECHNOLOGIES LIKE HTML, JQUERY, MVC.NET, REACT, MATERIAL UI, BOOTSTRAP, JAVASCRIPT, AND UMBRACO CONTENT MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT.
