Japanese Language Liaison Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Japanese Language Liaison Specialist to join our team at John Clements Recruitment Inc.

The Japanese Language Liaison Specialist will provide critical language support to our Japanese expatriate clients and local employees, ensuring seamless communication across languages and cultures.

Translate and respond to emails and documents in English, serving as a liaison between Japanese clients and local staff.

• Provide interpretation services in English and Japanese for meetings, business trips, and other work-related activities.
  
• Accompany Japanese expatriates to meetings and business trips, ensuring cultural and language support.
  
• Apply knowledge of Japanese language and culture to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 
  
• Japanese Language Proficiency (JLPT N1-N2) or equivalent.
  
• Background experience as a Japanese translator, interpreter, or instructor.
  
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new software quickly.
  
• Familiarity with technical vocabulary related to the industry, an advantage.
