We are searching for a seasoned Engineer Gameplay to contribute to the development of innovative gameplay experiences using Unreal Engine. This role requires strong technical expertise in gameplay programming and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers, artists, and other developers.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, optimize, and debug gameplay systems, mechanics, and features using Unreal Engine.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to translate gameplay requirements into functional and engaging features.
  • Conduct gameplay testing, analyze feedback, and iterate on features to enhance player engagement and usability.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and integrate innovative approaches into development processes.
  • Document gameplay systems, mechanics, and workflows to ensure clear communication within the team.
  • Support and mentor junior developers.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in gameplay programming.
  • Hands-on experience developing games using Unreal Engine.
  • Proficiency in C++ programming languages.
  • Strong understanding of ECS and game development architecture.
  • Excellent debugging and optimization skills.
  • Effective communication skills and collaboration abilities.
