Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouseman to join our team at Weathertech Refrigeration and Aircon Co. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining an organized warehouse environment, verifying shipments, and ensuring accurate inventory records.

About the Role

This is a dynamic role that requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Warehouseman, you will play a crucial part in our company's operations, working closely with our team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and efficient stock management.

Responsibilities
  • Organize and maintain a well-structured warehouse environment, ensuring that all products are properly stored and easily accessible.
  • Verify incoming shipments by comparing invoices to orders and inspecting goods for damage or defects.
  • Maintain accurate records of stocked and shipped products, providing timely updates to management on inventory levels and discrepancies.
  • Monitor and report any missing or lost inventory to management, taking prompt action to resolve issues.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other company spreadsheet programs.
What We Offer
