The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in IT or a related field and work experience in Customer Support, Customer Engagement, or anything IT related. We are looking for a team player who maintains a positive outlook, is disciplined, and acts with high Sense of Urgency.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper set-up and user training of cash management products of internal/external clients
  • Provide technical support to internal and external clients and maintain consistency and competency of CMS products to address clients' needs
  • Establish and nurture rapport with new and existing clients, that is conducive to a long-term business relationship
  • Provides key support services including, but not limited to client meetings and trainings, and production support services
  • Participate as required in client-facing aspects of new account implementation and development
