We are seeking an experienced Accounting Operations Manager to join our team at Inplay Matrix. As an Accounting Operations Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the company's general ledger and related accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including receivables, payables, and month-end accounting reporting.
  • Monitor effective reconciliation of all data and reports.
  • Prepare and process invoices for sales or services rendered.
  • Collect on accounts by sending reminders and communicating with customers.
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for.
  • Reconcile bank statements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English both written and oral.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in accounting and finance.
  • Experienced in performing accounting and financial activities.
  • Knowledge of business finance and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
