Product Development Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Developer to join our team.

This is a remote position that offers the chance to work on a variety of projects, from concept to commercialization.

Responsibilities
  • You will be involved in every stage of product development, working closely with cross-functional teams to turn concepts into successful products.
  • Work with our Product Development Lead to identify and prioritize development needs, building a strong pipeline of new and existing products.
  • Conduct market research to identify and evaluate new product ideas, using a customer-centric approach to validate their potential.
  • Research and evaluate suppliers, communicate requirements, and select the ideal supplier for each project.
  • Collaborate with product designers, legal, compliance, and quality teams to ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
  • Work with marketing teams or external agencies to develop marketing-related deliverables, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and timelines.
  • Manage project timelines, keep stakeholders informed, and ensure that each project is completed and launched on schedule.
  • Review launch performance, track success metrics, share learnings, and feed improvements into the development cycle.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in product development, ideally in the baby, kids, or toys categories, with end-to-end experience from ideation to mass production.
  • 1-2 years of project management experience.
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
  • Self-directed, proactive, and motivated to drive projects forward with minimal supervision.
  • Good understanding of Western consumer markets (US & Europe) for product decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience dealing with suppliers in and out of China.
