Key Financial Analysis Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy professional to drive financial insights, identify gaps, and improve operational efficiency across our business processes.

The ideal candidate has strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and/or health-tech industries.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and ROI assessments.
  • Analyze business operations to identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and interpret financial performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards.
  • Partner with leadership to design and implement process improvements that drive scalability.
  • Assess the financial impact of business initiatives across Product, Sales, and Operations.
  • Research industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices to inform financial recommendations.
  • Prepare clear financial reports and presentations that communicate actionable insights.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or Business Analyst.
  • Proven ability to perform financial modeling, budgeting, and reporting at a high level.
  • Experience analyzing and improving business processes.
  • Proficiency with BI and data visualization tools, Excel, and SQL-based analysis.
