Web Engineering Leader

We seek a seasoned leader to oversee the development of our web technologies. As a pivotal member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for directing and managing a group of skilled engineers, ensuring their continued growth and the delivery of high-quality software.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of engineers to create robust, scalable, and user-friendly experiences for users of our products.
  • Develop strategies to improve our software development process, focusing on quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other teams to guarantee our software meets user needs.
  • Design and implement well-tested and documented software using Web technologies or Flutter.
  • Identify and resolve issues encountered by users, participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality software is delivered.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong technical leadership skills and a solid background in web development.
  • Experience with Typescript, React, or Flutter, and knowledge of modern web development best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with colleagues, partners, and community members.
  • Able to travel twice a year for company events.
  • Nice-to-have skills: experience with container tech, REST API design, performance engineering, and security.
