We are currently seeking a talented Recruitment Manager to join our team. As a Recruitment Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping our hiring strategy and driving success across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the development and implementation of recruitment strategies that align with business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with Executive Management to identify key talent gaps and develop targeted recruitment plans.
  3. Work closely with hiring managers to ensure timely fulfillment of staffing requisitions.
  4. Design and implement effective recruitment processes that meet the needs of both internal stakeholders and external candidates.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in recruitment, leveraging this expertise to inform strategic decisions.
  6. Build and maintain a robust network of contacts within the industry, fostering relationships that support the achievement of recruitment goals.
  7. Analyze recruitment data and metrics to inform business decisions and optimize recruitment outcomes.
  8. Communicate recruitment performance and progress to key stakeholders, using data-driven insights to shape future initiatives.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in recruitment and selection practices, procedures, processes, concepts, and principles.
  • At least 4 years of work experience in marketing, sourcing, recruitment/head-hunting within the BPO industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and influencing skills.
  • Familiarity with the talent market and extensive connections in the industry and other recruiting agencies.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and building strong relationships.
  • Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results.
  • Strong business acumen, including problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative.
  • Good interviewing skills and ability to ask the right questions.
  • Exposure to and implementation of recruitment strategies.
  • Experience creating, measuring, and scaling workflow between Candidates, Hiring Managers, and the Recruiting team.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and actively participate in discussions with clients, management, and staff.
